Nisanti
Nisanti is a demon who powers Parker Robbins (a.k.a. The Hood). With his invisibility granting cloak and levitating boots, Nisanti caused Parker to become reliant on his demonic powers so that he would be an easy vessel for bringing Dormammu to Earth.

Creation
Nisanti was created by Brian K. Vaughan and Kyle Hotz and first appeared in The Hood #1.
Character Evolution
When Brian Michael Bendis took over writing The Hood in New Avengers, he largely ignored Vaughan's work and instead, unimaginatively, did away with Nisanti in favor of Dormammu. The Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe have since rectified this by explaining that Nisanti was a thrall of Dormammu helping his master find a suitable vessel on Earth.
