A member of the Reavers of Arcturus, Ogord is married to Salaan and together they have a daughter named Aleta.

In the 20th century on a mission to exterminate mutants, Ogord finds a baby among the mutants whom he is allowed to keep as a reward. They would name the baby Stakar, but he would ultimately prove to be a disappointment to the family, showing no interest in training.

After Stakar and Aleta fused to become the powerful entity Starhawk, Ogord gained much hatred for Stakar for refusing service. After becoming High Commander of the Reavers sometime in 31st century, Ogord kidnapped Stakar and Aleta's children, turning them into energy vampires to kill their own parents and dominate the universe. This plan was foiled by Starhawk and the Guardians of the Galaxy, unfortunately at the cost of the children's lives.
