Brief History

Phil Fox was a writer of New York's finest daily newspaper, the Daily Bugle. He wanted to write about Luke Cage and his career as a Hero for Hire, mostly because he was the "new" and "now". He hoped to make Luke Cage become a house-hold name in New York. Luke however rejects the offer. This however did not mean that Phil stopped trying.
