First issue:
One day, the Red Skull minions captured a spy who had been sent to investigate his organization by the Commission On Superhuman Activities. Surprisingly, instead of killing him, the Red Skull ordered to transform the agent into a monster for his own purpose. This man was totally brainwashed and some of his body parts had been removed for mechanical ones. Now, as Piecemeal, he (or it) had the ability to absorb the minds of others as well as their experience. The Red Skull sent it to do his dirty work. Finally, during a battle against Hulk, Piecemeal was destroyed ending its threat.
