Professor Salvage is a short-lived villain who seems to possess a great enough intellect to cobble together pieces of discarded technology, including the head of a Sentinel, and utilize said technology to his advantage. His first appearance showed him driving a vehicle, mixed with a Sentinel head, wielding some type of robotic gauntlet, and other strange technology.
He was swiftly defeated by Domino and friends.
