He time-traveled back to the 20th century. His mutations and a number of scientific devices made him superior to the men of this primitive age. He wanted to use his good historical knowledge to manipulate nations of the world in various ways. He decided to blackmail the United Nations for millions of dollars in order to leave the world alone. Unfortunately for him the official meeting with him was member of a time police from his own era. They would allow nothing to interfere with their past.
