Not much is known about the man called Quietus. He worked for Sugar Man in the Seattle Core as the Chief Administrator of Mutant Resources.
Creation
Quietus was created by Scot Lobdell and Chris Bachalo and first appeared in Generation Next issue 2 (1995). He has only appeared so far in the alternate reality known as the Age of Apocalypse (Earth 295).
Major Story Arcs
The Age of Apocalypse
In order to infiltrate the base, Husk pretended to be his new human servant. She was swiftly discovered by Quietus himself to be faking, but before he could kill her, she tricked him into drinking from a flask. Unbeknownst to him, the flask contained the body of Vincente, who made Quietus explode from the inside out. His body was used by Vincente from that moment on in order to infiltrate the Seattle Core further. The host body was eventually destroyed when Vincente was seemingly killed.
Powers and Abilities
Quietus' mutant powers were never revealed, although Sugar Man says that they are offensive.

Quietus does not have any currently known counterpart in the regular Marvel 616 universe.
