Very little is known about Quinn. He matriculated to Kinney University in Venice, California. There, he got a job working in the computer lab.
Creation
Quinn was created by Kelly Thompson and Leonardo Romero. He made his first appearance in Hawkeye #1.
Major Story Arcs
Hawkeye
Quinn encounters Kate Bishop while she is investigating the man who is stalking Mikka. Quinn volunteers to help her track down the stalker. He discovers that more than one person was stalking Mikka, and continues to involve himself in the investigation. He tracks the IP address of one of the stalkers, and accompanies Kate and several others to investigate a party there. When things go wrong, he joins in the fight against the mind-controlled Take Back Control members. After Aggregate leaves the party to chase Kate, Quinn helps to take the mind-controlling stickers off of the partygoers.
