Brief History
As part of the Neo, Rax attacked Remy to gain ranks within the Neo clan. He chose to battle Remy during the awaiting of the results of the Vote of No-Confidence. Despite the interference of the Unified Thieves Guild stepping in, the Neo saw the fight as a win in Rax's favor, and his rank was raised.
