Samhain was the leader of a group of mutants from Latveria that were all experimented on by Doctor Doom. He used his mutant power to create fiery blasts of mystic green energy to break into the Latverian Embassy in New York. While his flaming blasts were powerful enough to stop Strong Guy when X-Factor tried to stop him, Doctor Doom was able to turn Samhainâs flames back on himself and took the mutants into his own custody.
