Nicolas gains the power he has from alien technology. He uses his powers to be a thief.

Major Story Arcs

Scoundrel was first encountered breaking into the Baxter Building to steal uranium from the Fantastic Four. While there, She-Hulk attempted to capture him. She failed, but Scoundrel took an interest in her, and began to follow her, introducing himself as Nicolas. He claims to work exclusively for the highest bidder, and avoids confronting powered heroes whenever possible.

She-Hulk continued to run into the Scoundrel, who proved to be just as strong as she is. He formed a crush on Jen, finding her hulk form attractive, and enjoys her flare of anger for him. Scoundrel picked She-Hulk up for a possible date in a spaceship, that she reluctantly goes on. While on this date, Jen pretends to fall for him as he shows off his trophies of stolen artifacts and tech.

However he ended up revealing that the reason he stole the tech from the Fantastic Four was for a race of aliens who were planning to destroy New York with a special made bomb. And the reason why he picked Jen up in a spaceship was because he wanted to save her, thinking the two had a genuine connection. This is followed by She-Hulk beating the Scoundrel. She-Hulk ended up saving the day, and the Scoundrel was defeated. Although he promises it wasn't the last time She-Hulk would see him
