Selena Ciscernos was the product of artificial insemination when the Damocles Foundation offered to cure the population of Almost Reno, from infertility. Selena was involved in a car accident, which killed her parents and mortally wounded her. The Damocles Foundation wished for custody of her, but instead the hospital introduced her to Domino which helped her investigations into the Foundation.
