Sha-Har-A-Zath is also known as the Avatar and leads the Triumvirate's of the Void dimension. Archangel encounters her in the Void dimension when the X-Men get separated and she seduces to him to fight at her side against the Rebels of that world. She first appears in Uncanny X-Men #285, and according to how she manipulates Archangel, her powers might be some form of tactile mind control. She basically controls people through touch or physical contact.
