Sharon was a former waitress in the Hellfire Club from Sebastian Shaw. There she met and started dating Senator Robert Kelly. The two where married not much later.
Creation
Sharon Kelly was created by Chris Claremont and Marc Silvestri and first appeared in The Uncanny X-Men Vol. issue 246 (1989)
Major Story Arcs
Death
The two were quickly married, but Sharon Kelly was soon killed while facing a combination of Master Mold and Nimrod. This made Senator Kelly's hatred towards mutants grow stronger.
