A bottlenosed dolphin evolved into a humanoid creature by the High Evolutionary, Sir Delphis is most intelligent member of the New Men, and acts as the scientist and doctor for the Knights of Wungadore. When his laboratory got flooded he left it as such, as being a dolphin he is more comfortable underwater. He is highly agile and skilled with staff weaponry, and can hold his breath for a long time under water and use echolocation to navigate.
