Skyline Killer was an assassin, who was hired by criminal Mr. Kramer, the financial director of Kay Cera's business empire to kidnapp and kill Jasmine Destine (alias - Kay Cera) also known as Cuckoo of Clan Destine to prevent her from inheriting her mother's fortune. Skyline Killer then captured Cuckoo and her sister Samantha Destine (Argent), but Spider-Man, Crimson Crusader and Imp arrived and defeated villain. Later Skyline Killer kidnapped and killed Mr. Kramer, because he have crossed him. The vigilante Punisher saw this and shot Skyline Killer, as a result killing him.
Powers and Abilities
His right hand was replaced with an prosthesis with claws. With his prosthetic hand, Skyline Killer could generate an unknown form of energy capable of explosions of huge force. Skyline Killer also possesses the normal strength of a man of his age, height, and build who engages in regular exercise.
