Moon Knight
Slasher is the first villain we see Moon Knight facing in the Moon Knight series. He is an ex-agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. who was injured by an IED in the field and was deemed unfit for service by his superiors who could apparently not fix him. Wanting to "get better", Slasher killed those with fit bodies who were not involved in national defence, took their muscles and organs and used illegal medical equipment to repair himself. Before he is able to kill again, Moon Knight stops him by sneakily throwing a crescent dart at Slasher's machinery before he can notice.
Powers/Abilities
Slasher must have some ability in stealth as he was able to pounce upon each of his victims but, as Moon Knight comments, does not appear to be very skilled at fighting.
