Sly used to sneak around in the dark to access other reporters databases, to extract confidential files, obtain private information and not-for-print revelations from actors, politicians and the like. Unfortunately, one night he crossed paths with Venom in the offices of the Daily Globe. Sly died accidentally, suffocated by Venom's webs.
