A slave-trader at heart, he tricks Thor into believing that he and his henchmen were noble beings that had been enslaved by the Vrellnexians. In reality the Vrellnexians were their partners, who had marooned them in Asgard.
Thor doesn't find out the truth until he helps Sssthgar defeat the Vrellnexians and then is attacked by his traitorous ally.
