Stracu is from the planet Frull. The planet is shrouded in complete darkness.
He received a piece of the Gleambody and gained the power of the Silver Surfer. His people pleaded with him to give up the power in fear that they would all go blind from his gleaming skin. He eventually left and joined the other Skyriders to defeat the Uni-Lord.
His powers were removed by Vartu's Blackbody.
