Major Story Arcs

Cerebro detected a mutant in a dying state 20 miles from Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters. Beast went to investigate and found a furry woman who attacked her. Beast felt her bones were soft, and twisted himself under her when they fell. She was enraged and went for his throat, and left Beast no other option to throw her off of himself. She flew through a wall, breaking several bones, and several more when she hit the ground. Beast then took her back to Xavier's to heal her. She was unconscious for the most of the time. Beast stayed with her and read books to her. Once she awoke, she again attacked Beast, but was subdued quickly. Beast felt he had no choice but let a telepath scan her. Jean Grey however found no thoughts from her. They both conducted that she was not human who mutated into more feline form, but a cat who mutated into a humanoid form. After she had regained her health a bit, Beast let her go, knowing she'd go back to the dark basement he found her, too die, like cats usually do. The next day Beast went and buried her.
