Frank Moody was a mortician who attended the Camp Runamuk self-esteem camp. In reality the camp was a scientific facility for a crazed scientist who had invented a device that could give anyone superpowers. The device was used on Moody and his fellow campers bestowing them with powers.

Because Frank was, in addition to being a mortician, was also a jogger gained super speed and became known as Streak. Using his new superpowers, Streak, along with Almighty Dollar, Calculator, and Girth, aided NFL Superpro and defeated their captors.
