The Surgeon General would frequent bars and dance clubs to find victims. Once subdued, she would remove their organs so she could sell them on the black market. She was eventually captured by Spider-Man and Daredevil.
Creation
Surgeon General was created by D.G. Chichester and Scott McDaniel in 1992 and first appeared in Daredevil # 305.
Powers & Abilities
Surgeon General has extensive knowledge of the human anatomy and medical surgery. She uses various medical equipment to remove organs and for offensive capabilities - including various surgical blades, needles, bone saw, and she also carries a gas mask attached to a canister containing an anesthetic gas.
