Takuya Yamashiro
The Spider-Man from the 1978 Toei TV series. He has a giant robot called Leopardon.

Origin
Takuya Yamashiro is the Spider-Man of Earth-51778. He was a motocross driver and son of the astrophysicist Dr. Hiroshi Yamashiro. In one of his races, Takuya received telepathic messages from the alien Garia, that lead him to investigate a crashed Ufo, the Marveller.The incident attracted the villain Dr. Monster and his Iron Cross Army. Takuya recieved a transfusion of blood from the alien Garia, and recieved spider-like powers to began a fight against the Iron Cross Army.
Creation
The character debuted in 1978 in the live-action tokusatsu TV series Spider-Man produced by the Toei Company under license from Marvel Comics.

While battling King Bowler Takuya is teleported out of Leopardon to to Earth 616. There Madame Web, Silk and Spider-Girl (Corazón) explain that he and Spider-Boy switch places.
Always ready to help, Takuya is able to use Silk's link to the Life Web to communicate to Spider-Boy on how to pilot Leopardon, and Spider-Boy is able to defeat King Bowler. Spider-Girl uses her powers to then send Takuya back to Earth-51778. This sends Spider-Boy to another Earth, and Takuya wishes him good luck.
Powers
In addition to the standard spider-powers he utilizes a variety of gadgets, a flying car, and a spaceship called the Marveler that transforms into a giant robot called Leopardon.
