Very little is known about Ian. Probably originally from New York, he is an Inhuman whose powers were activated when a spooky cloud messed him up.
Creation
Ian was created by Kate Leth and Brittany L. Williams. He made his first appearance in Patsy Walker, A.K.A. Hellcat! #1.
Major Story Arcs
Hellcat
Finding work increasingly hard to come by, Ian attempts to use his powers to rob an armoured car. He is stopped by Hellcat, but the pair bond and, after he agrees to return the money, become friends and roommates. He accompanies her on several adventures and, despite his reluctance to act as a hero, occasionally uses his powers to aid her.
Powers and Abilities
Ian is telekinetic, able to move objects with his mind at will. The exact strength and range of his telekinesis is unknown, but he does appear to be able to lift objects that are heavier than he could physically lift.
