Brief History
Alien race called Scamadites, they live on the planet Scadam, which has been destroyed first by the attack of the Black Fleet, an interplanetary band of roving marauders, later by the defensive power of Kayla Ballantine who used the power of the Starbrand to destroy the Black Fleet.
The Chief Examiner, in an attempt to save his pacifist people, tried to contact several super beings from Earth, examining them and replicating their powers in an artificial giant being who played the role of champion for the ravaged planet.
