This artificial intelligence housed on an island run by an unnamed dictator was used to police and repress the people who lived there. It wasn't until a group of rebels were able to escape and were found almost dead by Tony Stark were they able to obtain help by the hero known as Iron Man.

Iron Man went to the infiltrated the island and destroyed The Overseer and another robotic enemy named Myrmidon freeing the people from the tyranny of the machine and dictator. However the courage and forgiveness of the people made them look towards a brighter future over a vengeful one.
