He was constructed to fight and finish Daredevil. Tri-Man entered a boxing match where Matt Murdock, Karen Page and Foggy Nelson were in attendance. Tri-Man entered the ring and took down the boxers. Tri-Man called out Daredevil to face him or he would destroy the arena. Daredevil entered the ring but the Tri-Android was no match for the man without fear.
