As a mutate cleans the street, a hose from the garbage truck splashes on Tyr. He gets mad and berates the mutate. Wanting total satisfaction from the encounter, he rips up a cigarette into tiny pieces and informs the mutate that if he does not pick up every scrap then he will be reported for failing to perform his assigned task function.
