Valentina De Santis isn't the only daughter of the Red Skull, years later in the main Marvel canon, it was revealed that he did have a daughter named Sin, who has minor similarities to Valentina.
Creation
Valentina was created for the 1990 Captain America movie, where she was the daughter of the Red Skull, who in this canon was an Italian mobster and by proxy made her an Italian crime assassin. She attempted to kill Captain America but failed alongside her dad.
