Brief history
Van Burian was first seen when he found DNA samples coming from Deadpool. This made it possible to make a toxic witch disabled Deadpool's healing power, effectively making him vulnerable again. Van Burian was on X-force's list of suspects for almost shooting Deadpool with the toxic, but when the team of mutants went to his hideout, Van Burian was already killed by Typoid Mary and her Hand followers.
Trivia: Whether Van Burian has anything to do with Rich van Burian, better known as Sniper, whom happens to be an assassin for hire as well, remains to be seen.
