Little is known about the man named Vozzek other than what can be pieced together from the sole story he appears in:
SAVAGE SWORD OF CONAN #105 "THE MILL"
Vozzek was a mercenary soldier from Turan under the command of Captain Conan of Cimmeria as part of a much larger mercenary army invading Hyperborea.
The invasion fails, and as what is left of the invading force is attempting to flee back across the border into Brythunia, they are harried by the country's freezing weather, and a peasant guerilla army of overwhelming size.
Outnumbered, freezing, and starving, with several miles to go before reaching the safety of Brythunia, Vozzek resorts to cannibalism to ease his hunger pains. He is discovered by Conan, who offers him an opportunity to cease his ghoulish behavior out of acknowledgment that Vozzek had saved the Cimmerian's life at the Battle of Novgorad.
Vozzek continues to feast on the severed appendage and forces the Cimmerian to strike him. The fight goes from fists to swords as the Turanian, mad with hunger attempts to kill Conan with his axe. After subduing Vozzek, who is now too far gone to be reasoned with, Conan is forced to kill him, citing, "You wanted to live like a beast... now you can die like one!" before breaking his neck, killing him.
