Only part of a team of X-Men for a time. He was recruited by Jean Grey to fight Magneto when Professor Xavier was captured. He used his invisiblity field to disorient Magneto to make the rescue a success. He then left the X-Men. It was revealed that he lost his powers on M-Day.

Wraith was created by Scott Lobdell and Salvador Larroca and first appeared in The Uncanny X-Men #392 (2001).
