Origin

Wren Montgomery was a student of Jennifer Walters, when H.A.N.D. agents busted in and arrested her for dissent. Ever since then, Wren was inspired to continue looking into the fascist organization and spread the truth about what they were doing. The deeper she got, the more rebellious she became, calling attention to herself and eventually getting the ire of HAND. They busted into her home, executing her parents and cutting off her hand. When Wren tried to run, she was able to rely on the Ultimates Network, a network of common citizens working in tandem with the superhero team, The Ultimates. They hid her and got her to safety.
