Brief History
Zetora was an alien criminal from the planet Mars. He came to Earth, got rid of his spaceship then mind swapped with a local Earthman.
After discovery he was arrested and taken into military custody. However there he went on a rampage and eventually forced the UN to submit the Earth to him. Before he could use the Earth as his toy he was killed by Earthly bacteria.
