Zoga was a robotic dragon that was built by China. Its pilot was Toru Tarakoto a citizen of Japan who had zero love for Americans coming into Japan. He had hoped to use Zoga under the guise of The Monster Master to push out Americans and rule Japan. Though China was funding and maintaining Zoga he seemed to have little respect for their ways. Zoga was eventually defeated thanks to the combined might of Iron Man and Goro Watanabe after the Defense Council approved a plan to build a device that would reflect Zoga's powerful lasers back at it. The device was built by Professor Watanabe with aid of the his technicians.
