During the festivities at the Palace, Stonedar and Rokkon are put in charge of guarding Castle Grayskull, but they are quickly overwhelmed by Hordak and his mount Mantisaur. Then later when Evil-Lyn appears she frees the Rock Men so they can help He-Man defeat Hordak. They then are charged with taking a beaten Hordak into custody.

Falling Stars
Stonedar is searching for Rokkon, and it leads him and the Good Moteorb's to Eternia where he meets with He-Man, who is currently in battle with the Evil Moterobs. Stonedar, believes He-man when he tells him he is there to help, but when the Good Moteorbs get to the Palace they are attacked. Thinking they are betrayed, Stonedar orders his army to attack. It is not until Orko and Rokkon reveal that the army was attacked by Skeletor and the Evil Moteorbs that Stonedar calls off the attack. Once learning the truth, Stonedar appolgizes and swears to help He-man defeat his enemies.
