Origin
As the father of Ka-Ro (more commonly known on Earth as the Caped Wonder), Ban-Al sends his son from the planet Ottercreek to Earth to be its protector. Ban-Al looks oddly similar to film legend Marlon Brando.

Major Story Arcs
The last memory of Ban-Al is kept in a crystal, which is locked in the Caped Wonder's office desk. This crystal is found by the Tick and Ban-Al emerges and informs the Tick of the Caped Wonder's mission on Earth, as well as his weakness to Ottercreekite.
