Major Story Arcs
When the Tick comes to work at the Weekly World Planet Billy is quick to see through the phony disguise. He shows the Tick (or "Mr. Nedd") to his desk. Later, Billy exits the building and finds Clark Oppenheimer without his glasses. Clark (whose alter ego is the Caped Wonder) tries to fool him by using his fingers as glasses. Billy is unable to peg Clark as a superhero.
