Rocko and his dog Spunky have recently immigrated from Australia to the United States. He tries to adjust to life in a new country and being away from his family.
As his life and chapter began in the United States, known as O-Town. Rocko has two best friends Heffer, a dim-witted and gluttonous steer, Filburt, a very intelligent turtle who has various jobs in some episodeS and his next door neighbour is Ed Bighead, a short-tempered and cranky old toad making him his worst enemy.
Rocko's occupation in life that he works in Retail by selling comics in a Kind of A Lot O'Comics Shop with his mean-spirited boss Mr. Smitty.
Personality
Rocko is a friendly individual and adaptational nice guy who has his courage to get along with everyone, mainly his best friends Heffer and Filburt. Rocko has prone to have bad luck and being the slapstick of this show as he is despised by anyone in O'Town, especially becoming a victim for his next door neighbour Ed Bighead
