Origin
Anthr'll was an angel living in Heaven and serving Alpha Omega, the Most High God, but an angel named Lucifer, becoming proud of his beauty and splendor felt he should be worshipped and started speaking against Alpha Omega. Lucifer stirred up hatred and disobedience against him. Caught up by Lucifer's charisma and lies she joined the insurrection against The Most High and after a long fought battle Lucifer and his mob of insurrectionist including Anthr'll and many others, about one third, were kicked out of the Heavenly realm.
God made a place for Lucifer and his minion to live called Hell and sent him there. Anthr'll lived and worked in hell under his rule, but longed to go to earth to engage in depravity with the humans and also take as many souls as possible. If she gained enough power she could become incarnate. The only problem was she didn't know how to travel between the realms like some of the others.
Major Story Arcs
Anthr'll first shows up in Epitaph: Beginning of the End #2 seeking jump codes from the demon Trig allowing her to come to earth on the promise of providing souls for him. She then tricks Loren Talbane into killing her date Gary, creating a hallucination and making her believe she was killing demons. This bloodletting gave her the energy to make it to earth, which she did in physical form in Victor Locke Demon Hunter: Demon Noir #1.
Retcons
Considering the events of CurseRisen, Anthr'll is never seen coming to earth and the demon Dracula contacts in Demon Noir is now actually a Grigori.
Anthr'll actually first made it to earth in earlier versions of Victor Locke Demon Hunter and Epitaph Bread and Salt books. Those pages were removed and her and Dracula getting together was to be the thing.
