Marth has appeared in the video game Fire Emblem Dark Dragon & Sword of Light for the Famicom( Japanese NES). He also appeared in a manga series of the same name. Marth was next seen as a playable character in the 2001 video game Super Smash Bros Melee for the Nintendo Gamecube. He was also featured in its 2008 sequal Super Smash Bros Brawl for Nintendo Wii. Marth's latest appearance was in the 2009 remake of Fire Emblem Dark Dragon & Sword of Light ,entitled Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon, for the Nintendo DS.
