Wallace
Wallace is the eighth and final gym leader in Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire games. He is the gym leader of the sootopolis city gym. He specializes in water type pokemon. In Pokemon Emerald, he becomes the champion of Hoenn's Elite Four and his master Juan takes over as the sootopolis city gym leader.
