Charles Barkley was a Basketball player of great renown, playing for various teams during his career, however when the radioactive giant monster Godzilla began attacking his city, Charles Barkley rose to the challenge, growing to massive size, Barkley battled Godzilla in a Basketball match, defeating the behemoth, and sending it home.
Space Jam
When a group of aliens came to Earth, they drained Charles Barkley of his talent in order to defeat the Loony Tunes and conquer the Earth. Thanks to the timely interruption of their "Invasion" by Bill Murray and Michael Jordan, the aliens were defeated, though it is unknown if Barkley regained his ability after the event.
