Mary will always be remembered for the two successful television programs associated with her. The first was the Dick Van Dyke show, where she played Mrs. Robb (Laura) Petrie, the wife of Dick Van Dyke's character. This show ran from 1961-1966. Mary later got her own show in the 1970's called the Mary Tyle Moore show.
