Two T-1,000,000's have been sighted, one in the movie T2-3D, this particular unit was destroyed along with Skynet's computer core at the hands of a T-101. The 2nd made a brief cameo in the background of a 90's Terminator comic, it's fate, along with the future of this Terminator model remains unknown.
