Based in Manhattan and fighting crimes as The Twister, Bob Sanders can fly and packs a punch which can send an adversary through the wall. However, his greatest talent is whirling his "powerful arms" and creating a tornado strong enough to carry cars or move them along at great speed.
Since then, Twister has fallen into public domain.
