Origin

Jana Filus is the daughter of a friend of Kaliman, who when her father goes missing contacts him for help which leads to their first adventure together in the artic battling a villain called Cerebro.

A highly intelligent woman, Jana speaks half a dozen langures and is an expert in nuclear energy, and marine engineering as well as being a competent ships navigator.

After their first adventure together Jana and Kaliman have many others, often ones involving a return of Cerebro who has a mental connection with Jana.
