Ann Jurging is a psychic and one of the closest friend of Harlan Draka. She spent part of her childhood in a ballet school managed by the evil Helena Morkov, the Witch Queen, who tried to steal her inner powers, but she eventually escaped. During her life, Ann worked as a seer and often collaborated with the police to solve the most difficult cases. When Helena returned, Ann had to face her, and eventually won thanks to Harlan's help. From that moment, she became one of the most precious allies of Harlan and his team. During their adventures she rejuvenated of about thirty years during an accident in a time vortex, and later absorbed the powers of the original Witch Queen, becoming herself the new queen. However, those abilities have a malicious nature, hence Ann must restrain herself in order to not fall victim of her evil side.
