The De Vere are, from centuries, one of the most prestigious families of Scotland. His grandfather, Lord De Vere, was among the Sustainers of the separate peace between the UK and Germany during World War II. He and his brother Lester De Vere leads the Blue Wolves, an organization of so-called supermen with nazi inspirations. His objective, as that of the Blue Wolves, is to get rid of Draka, accused to have usurped the throne of a mythical deity known as the King of the World. After a travel in another dimension he was imbued with a mysterious energy called Vril, that gave him the power to shoot powerful energy beams and generate large explosion, but his body was rapidly consumed until his demise.
